We took our "new to us" Ford Expedition into AAMCO the day we purchased it, because the transmission was bad, but under warranty. The warranty company sent multiple defective transmissions to replace it. Finally they let AAMCO put their own good transmission in it. Brandon was awesome the entire time. It took over a month because of dealing with the warranty company, but AAMCO did a wonderful job the entire time and provided awesome communication! I will absolutely come back for other vehicle maintenance in the future!
The team at aamco was very helpful, professional, and quick. I had my 2015 Tahoe towed in on Monday with a bad transmission and they had me on the road Friday with an upgraded transmission. Bryce and Brandon walked me through every step, including helping with financing. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you guys for all your help!!!
